1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dakh7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, product, or feature made available through the dakh7 website at dakh7.net. By accessing the dakh7 platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

dakh7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dakh7 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the dakh7 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions that apply to individual products, promotions, or features on dakh7, which will be stated clearly at the point of use.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

Access to the dakh7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. dakh7 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and again at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made may be returned through a managed review process in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Eligible Players

dakh7 is intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. dakh7 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any applicable laws in your place of residence or access.

Registration Process

To open a dakh7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not use fictitious information, the identity of another person, or a temporary email address. dakh7 may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents — including a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing any withdrawal or granting access to certain platform features.

3 Account Obligations

Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your dakh7 account is accurate and kept up to date at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your address, phone number, or email address — you must update your account information promptly. dakh7 will not be liable for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dakh7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dakh7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor verification on your account and using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or service. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dakh7 immediately by contacting [email protected].

dakh7 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such access was the result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any bets placed or transactions processed under your account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified dakh7 of a security breach prior to those actions occurring.

Account Activity

Players are expected to use their dakh7 account for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes only. Use of the account for commercial purposes, for the benefit of third parties, or in connection with any professional betting syndicate or operation is prohibited. dakh7 reserves the right to request evidence of the personal and recreational nature of your account activity at any time.

• You must not allow any other person to use your dakh7 account to place bets or access casino products.
• You must not use your account in a manner that disrupts or negatively affects the experience of other players on the platform.
• You must not use your account to facilitate any transaction that may constitute money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• You must notify dakh7 promptly if you become aware of any error in your account balance, pending bets, or transaction records.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

dakh7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional local bank transfer options — including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — may be available to verified account holders. The list of available payment methods is displayed in the dakh7 wallet section and may be updated from time to time. dakh7 does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on dakh7 is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed at the point of transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are also stated in the wallet section and may differ by payment channel. dakh7 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. dakh7 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted within the published daily processing window. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. dakh7 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Currency

All dakh7 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed odds, balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless otherwise stated. dakh7 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by a player's bank or payment provider.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on dakh7 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on, as well as these general Terms. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. dakh7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started at the time the bet was placed (except for in-play betting markets which are clearly designated as such), or where the odds displayed were the result of a manifest pricing error.

Cricket Betting

dakh7 offers pre-match and live in-play cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, ICC ODIs, and all major Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Markets include but are not limited to: match winner, innings runs total, top batsman, top bowler, player performance specials, method of dismissal, and over-by-over run ranges. Specific rules for each cricket market are stated within the market description. In the event of an interruption to play — including rain delays, D/L method adjustments, or abandonment — the applicable cricket governing body's official result will determine the settlement of affected bets.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on dakh7, including live dealer tables and RNG (random number generator) video slots, are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. dakh7 hosts casino content from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider's games are independently certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

dakh7 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window, or abandoned without an official result being declared.
• The bet was placed after the event or market in question had already concluded.
• There is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• dakh7 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's dakh7 wallet in full. dakh7 will communicate void decisions to affected players where reasonably practicable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Eligibility

dakh7 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion has its own eligibility criteria, which are stated clearly at the point of the offer. General eligibility conditions include: the player must hold a verified dakh7 account in good standing, must not have claimed the same promotion previously, and must opt in to the promotion in the manner specified (where an opt-in is required).

Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits, free bet awards, and promotional winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiple and qualifying game types for each promotion are stated within the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at minimum odds and within the eligible product categories stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

dakh7 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk or guaranteed-outcome bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics; and any other strategy deemed by dakh7 to be exploitative of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, dakh7 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the player's account.

Changes to Promotions

dakh7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, players who have already claimed the promotion and begun wagering will be allowed to complete existing bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion was terminated due to a technical error or abuse, in which case all associated bonuses may be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dakh7 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your dakh7 account.
• Money Laundering: Using the dakh7 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of crime, or conducting transactions designed to conceal the origins of funds.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to place bets, exploit market timing, or interact with the dakh7 platform in a non-human manner without express written permission from dakh7.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games, casino table results, or any other head-to-head game format available on dakh7.
• Matched Betting Exploitation: Systematically exploiting dakh7 promotional offers through matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit and eliminate genuine risk, in breach of the bonus terms applicable to each offer.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, technical malfunctions, or software vulnerabilities in the dakh7 platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a manifest error will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing dakh7 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the dakh7 platform by any person under the age of 18, or registering an account on behalf of an underage individual.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your dakh7 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any remaining balance — net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds — will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five business days of receipt.

Suspension and Termination by dakh7

dakh7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Any other circumstance in which dakh7 reasonably determines that continuing to provide services to the player would be contrary to its obligations, policies, or commercial interests.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the player or by dakh7 — your right to access the platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding genuine balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player through the applicable payment channel within a reasonable timeframe. dakh7 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is an ongoing investigation into suspected prohibited conduct, pending the resolution of that investigation.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion from dakh7 at any time. Self-exclusion can be activated directly through your account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period without a formal review process. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. dakh7 will attempt to notify the player by email prior to marking an account as dormant. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with dakh7's prevailing fee schedule, as stated in the wallet section. The balance of a dormant account will never be reduced below zero, and players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
